If you want your affiliate link in that field, you must have a domain name that forwards to that link witch will then make this all possible for you. When you post a comment, you are getting a backlinks to your site. The more backlinks you have the more traffic. For quality backlinks make sure you comment on highly ranked blogs.

The best thing to do is to first start posting daily on highly ranked blogs and then later when you have the time and are getting descent amount of traffic and some revenue you can make your own blog if you wish. Make sure that you are posting comments that are related to the topic. Make sure the comments are of high quality.
